Growing up on a remote farm in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa I was privileged to have been able to observe the natural world from an early age.

I am haunted by Africa and all that it stands for - the wilderness, the social indicators of humanity and the promise of the future and now I want to share this fascination and inspiration through my stories and talks, in the hope of bringing a greater understanding of the enigma that is Africa.
